For parents of newborns ages 0-12 weeks. Support and information will be provided through discussions that are facilitated by a licensed Parenting Educator, Public Health Nurse, and a Lactation Specialist and through connections with other parents and caregivers. Topics include: feeding, sleep, attachment, returning to work, family changes, and developmental milestones. Parents will have the opportunity to have their infants weighed.
