When you hear a great song do you just want to move? Join Molly for Music & Movement where you are able to dance and experience the creativity of selecting movements based on your ability. Enjoy the stimulation of music as well as the health and emotional benefits of being as active as your body will allow. We will also learn to stretch our bodies, breathe, and take a moment to take care of our bodies and ourselves.
