6th Grade Cross Country Camp

Give your student a head start on middle school athletics! This fun, high-energy camp introduces 6th graders to the sport of distance running, offering a true sneak peek into what official practices and meets are like.

Camp Highlights:

  • Real Race Experience: Compete in two official cross country meets at East and West. Participants will run the same route and can see their improvements over the course of the camp!
  • Skill & Endurance: Learn proper running technique, pacing strategies, and conditioning.
  • Team Building: Connect and train with potential future teammates before 7th grade.
