    There are many great reasons to take up golf. Walking miles and burning hundreds of calories on a beautifully landscaped golf course is a great way to stay in shape. Golf is a great way to meet people, to spend quality time with family and friends, and build professional relationships. We will provide all the tools you need. Included in the total fee is access to the driving range, putting/chipping green, range balls and rental clubs! Our adult golf program has been designed to create a low-pressured environment so you can enjoy your first golfing experience. Key concepts include grip, stance, alignment, scoring, etiquette and important safety rules on the golf course.   • Adult Tennis- Hitting Drills & Games

    Adult tennis drills and games have become a worldwide, fun group activity for adults featuring tennis drills to give players of ALL abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout while improving their tennis ability. The session includes a warmup, hitting drill technique sequence, and group games/match play to end each session. This program will elevate a person’s heart rate into the aerobic zone and burn some calories too! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! The instructor will accommodate all ability levels – this includes beginners! New and previous participants will walk away with increased knowledge of the game of tennis. If you are looking for a great way to get in shape, burn some calories, meet new people, and hit live tennis balls give this a try!

    Hoopercise 4 sessions July 22,29 Aug 5,12 ; 6-7pm Sibley Park Amphitheater Join us for this popular high-energy, hula hoop class that will help to tone and strengthen your body, mind, and soul. In this weekly drop-in class, geared towards new and experienced hoopers, you will experience specially designed drills and exercises, to strengthen existing hoop dance skills or learn for the first time!   • Indoor Golf Simulator Membership

    Indoor Golf Simulator Membership Eagle Membership - 70 hours - $380 Birdie Membership - 50 hours - $320 Par Membership - 25 hours - $275 One year membership from date purchased. Enjoy playing one of our 6 courses or just hit balls on the range. Courses include: Blue Bayou, Broken Tee, Linchfield National, Pebble Beach, Teton Pines, Willow Crest Call to reserve your tee-time at least two hours in advance. 7:30-4:30 Monday- Friday Weekend tee-times must be made by Friday 3:00pm. Memberships are sold per person. Members are to play solo unless another person from their household has their own membership. Simulator can be rented by the hour for $25 Mon-Fri or $35 Weekends.   • Pickleball Clinics- Learn-to-Play

    Designed for participants to learn the game of Pickleball; includes rules, shots and scoring. All necessary equipment will be available to use during the clinics if you do not have your own. Please preregister by the Thursday Prior to clinic. If we don't meet the minimum number of required participants the clinic will be canceled and instructors will not be present at the courts.
