Get A Jump On Your New Instrument

5 sessions
In five daily sessions learn how to get started on your orchestra instrument safely and correctly before school begins. Intended for students entering 6th grade or attending Orchestra for the first time at DMMS.
Emphasis will be on the beginning elements of playing your instrument and learning how to care for it properly.
Students need to arrive at camp with their instrument and String Basics, for each instrument.
Parents are strongly encouraged to reserve this week for summer lessons if you plan on enrolling your student in orchestra in Fall 2025.
Lesson week is only for students enrolling in Orchestra at Dakota Meadows Middle School. Attend lesson week at the school you are attending this Fall.
