Preserving the Summer Bounty: An Intro to Food Preservation

Savor summer flavors throughout the year by learning some basic food preservation techniques.  Learn to can jars of tomatoes, make two types of pickles, and freeze summer sweet corn.  One pound of tomatoes, one pound of cucumbers, four ears of corn will be provided for each participant.
