Led by an experienced instructor, this class allows participants to move at their own pace while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance in a supportive and refreshing environment. With both shallow and deep water options available, this class is perfect for anyone looking for a gentle yet effective workout—no swimming ability required! Expectant mothers are welcome to join in for a safe and beneficial exercise option. Plus, during each session, three lanes will be available for open lap swimming - perfect for those looking to add extra cardio or train at their own pace. Come make a splash, stay active, and enjoy the many benefits of water aerobics and lap swimming!
