Join instructor Alyssa Shank of Lillies & Loaves to learn the basics of sourdough baking! Alyssa will cover starter care, dough making, how to fold and shape dough, as well as some of the finer points of baking. Everyone will leave with their own starter and dough for 2 loaves and a guide to continue their sourdough journey at home.
For ease of transportation, please bring your own large mixing bowl. Bowls made of any materials are acceptable with a minimum of 2qt capacity. Thank you!
