Fundamental Aquatic Skills

Proof of Level 1 completion required. Builds on the fundamental aquatic and water safety skills from Level 1. Swimmers begin learning independent aquatic locomotion skills. A brief list of objectives include:

• Rotary breathing
• Changing direction of travel while swimming on front and back
• Combined arm and leg actions on front and back
