Beginner - Adult Group Swimming Lessons

Adult / Aquatics -
Fall 2026

Designed to help participants gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes. Participants also learn skills and concepts needed to stay safe around water, in addition to those needed to help themselves or others in an aquatic emergency.

Please park in the far east parking lot near Thomas Park and enter the building through Door 9.
