I want to be a Lancer - July 14 The music, the flowing flags, spinning rifles and shimmering pom poms all combine and smiles erupt as your hometown 77 Lancer Marching Band & Color Guard entertain you with their field performances. Did you ever wonder what it would be like to twirl a real Color Guard Flag or spin a rifle, all to the beat of heart pounding music? Leaders in the 77 Lancers Color Guard want to show YOU what it is like to be a performer! Demonstrations and some simple tricks will make you feel like dancin’ Join us as you are! In your chair or on your feet, you will be in the guard for this Lancer treat. Plant Propagation - July 15 Join our FFA Community Education Class in the greenhouse to explore the exciting world of plant propagation! Led by FFA members, this hands-on session will cover different methods of growing plants, including starting from seeds and propagating from cuttings. Participants will gain practical knowledge of plant care and take home their own propagated plants. Whether you're a gardening enthusiast or just curious about plant growth, this class is a great way to learn and get involved with agriculture! Personal Safety - July 16 Be safe this summer as you venture out to explore new things and meet new friends. In this class topics including but not limited to what to do when you are lost, keeping yourself and your property safe, and the importance of the buddy system will be discussed and practiced. Find strength in being smart, prepared and aware. Fun with Fleece - July 17 Join us for creating with fleece for yourself or a furry friend! You can choose to make a hand tied pillow or a pulling rope for a pet. You may take your creation home with you or leave it with us and we will donate it to an animal in need!

What if you want to give a donation to someone less fortunate? In this hands on class we will learn how all things are possible when you plan ahead Money Matters - Stay Safe! Is This A Scam? | August 19 Don’t be scared, be strong and ask a trusted friend or staff before submitting to the threats of an unknown person on the phone or computer telling you that you owe money. Bad people will use tricks or threats. In this class we will role play what to do in those situations. Money Matters - What Will It Be Bob? Door #1 or Door # 2? | August 20 Let’s have some game show fun! Every day we are faced with tempting choices. What I choose today may impact what I have left in my wallet tomorrow. Let’s play the money matters game and decide how you can make choices and still have A LOT of fun! Money Matters - Help! The Holidays Are Coming! How Will I Afford Gifts? | August 21 As holidays approach, how do you have fun and stay on a budget? In this class we will explore ideas for the Fall & Winter Holidays and give you ideas of how you can celebrate them all, be generous and not ruin your budget. From decorations to gifts, you will be amazed at how much you can save by being creative!

March 11 - Lady Bug + Bumble Bee Craft - Transform paper rolls into adorable ladybugs and bumblebees with construction paper wings and googly eyes that bring these critters to life! March 18 - Pressed Flower Suncatcher - Capture nature's beauty by pressing flowers and sealing them between self-laminating sheets to make a colorful suncatcher. March 25 - Grass + Flower Hair Cups - Decorate a cup with a friendly face and watch as grass and flowers grow to become its wild, natural hairdo! April 1 - Coffee Filter Bouquet - Create stunning marbled flowers by coloring coffee filters, spraying them with water, and shaping them into a bouquet with pipe cleaner stems. April 8 - Rain Drop Suncatcher - Melt crayon shavings in various shades of blue and cut them into water droplet shapes to craft a beautiful raindrop suncatcher. April 15 - Mason Jar Wind Chime - Make a charming wind chime by decorating a mason jar and hanging colorful glass beads that create music in the breeze. April 22 - Spring Flower Wreath - Brighten up your space with a beautiful wreath made of colorful artificial flowers and a rustic burlap ribbon. April 29 - DIY Crystals - Conduct a fun science experiment that turns borax, food coloring, and pipe cleaners into stunning crystal-like creations.
