Preschool Aquatics

A class for children ages 3 - 5 accompanied by a parent in the water. This level will introduce water safety skills to beginners as well as expand on previously learned skills for non-beginners and encourage students to perform skills independently. Parents will also learn how to safely assist their student in the water.

A brief list of objectives of this level include:

  • Fully submerge and hold breath
  • Floating on front and back
  • Combined arm and leg action on front and back
