Become your own sushi chef and impress your family and friends! Sushi Bob will teach you the techniques for preparing healthy and inexpensive Maki Zuzshi (Sushi Rolls). In this hands on class, you will prepare and eat a California Roll, a Cucumber Roll, and a FAT Roll. Preparation, food safety, knife skills, and sushi etiquette will also be covered.
