  • How do I cancel my ACES Non-School Day registration?

    Please note, if your non-school day has already been approved you will not be able to cancel your registration through your Eleyo account. To cancel a non-school day after approval, please contact the ACES Billing Office at (507) 387-5501 or email at aces@isd77.org. Care must be cancelled by the registration deadline in order to receive a refund.

    To cancel a pending non- school day registration, sign into your account at mankato.ce.eleyo.com. Once you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on your child's name under "Your Accounts".

    Click on the contract you would like to remove the non-school day registration from under “Current and Upcoming Contracts”.

    Click "Remove" to cancel your child's pending non school day registration.

  • How do I enroll my child in the Wednesday full day summer ACES field trips?

    Please note, in order to enroll, your child must also be scheduled to attend ACES summer programming on the exact field trip date. ACES field trip enrollment is open to families registered for the summer session.


    Go to the Eleyo Mankato homepage at mankato.ce.eleyo.com 

    Click on “Explore All Programs” and select “ACES School Age Child Care - Summer Field Trips” then click “Learn More”.

    Under “Featured Courses” select the field trip course in which you would like to enroll.

    Select “Enroll Now”.

    Sign in to your Eleyo account. If you do not have an Eleyo account, select “Create one now”.

    Choose the name of the child(ren) you wish to enroll. Then click on “Enroll Selected People” to continue the enrollment process.

    Once complete, the course will be added to your cart. If you would like to add additional field trip enrollments to your cart, select “Continue Shopping” and repeat the previous steps.

    When you are ready to checkout, go to your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.

    Once the checkout is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • How do I ensure I receive text message alerts from the ACES Program?

    Go to the Eleyo Mankato homepage at mankato.ce.eleyo.com

    Sign in to your Eleyo account.

    Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner and then select “Your Account/Relationships” from the drop down menu.

    Select the edit button.

    Under “Contact Info” and “Phone Numbers”, input the cell phone number at which you would like to receive text message alerts then select “yes”. Scroll down and click on “Update Person” in order to save your preferences.

  • How do I know my registration has been approved for an ACES Non-School Day?

    There are two ways to confirm that your non-school day registration has been approved. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation.

    To check online, sign into your account at mankato.ce.eleyo.com. Once you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on your child's name under "Your Accounts". Then click your child’s contract under “Current and Upcoming Contracts”.

    View your approved/registered dates under “Non-School Days”.

  • How do I register my child for ACES Non-School Days?

    Sign into your account at mankato.ce.eleyo.com. Once you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on your child's name under "Your Accounts".

    Click on “Register Non-School Days”.

    Under “Choose Attending Child” select the name of the child you are registering.

    Under “Choose Seasons”, select the current school year.

    Choose the non-school day dates you would like to register for.

    Choose your preferred non-school day location.

    Read the information box and answer the question (if applicable) then click the blue button to complete your registration.

    Once submitted, your registration will be queued pending staff approval. You will receive email confirmation once your request has been approved.

  • How do I register my child for the ACES Program?

    Go to the Eleyo Mankato homepage at mankato.ce.eleyo.com and click on ACES.

    On the ACES homepage, scroll down and select the site you wish to enroll in.

    Click on the green “Enroll Now” button.

    When prompted, sign in to your Eleyo account.

    Once signed in, click on “New Contract”.


    Under “Attending Child”, select the child you are enrolling and click the blue button to begin registration.

    Verify your contacts and pickups (you will not be able to move forward without entering 3 emergency contacts).

    Next, choose a season (summer or school year) and a location then click the blue button to continue.

    Read through the Terms and Conditions and check the box at the bottom of the page. Click the blue button to continue.

    Next, choose the days of the week your child will be attending ACES.

    Answer all of the registration questions, then click the blue button to continue.

    Enter your payment information or choose from an existing payment method; the payment method entered is for the required $30.00 registration fee. Click the blue button to complete registration.

    Once your contract request has been submitted, it may take up to two weeks for your request to be reviewed and processed.

    Check your email for confirmation of your pending contract request.

    To review your pending contract information, go back to your account and click the pending contract under “Current and Upcoming Contracts”.

    Once approved, you will receive email confirmation.

  • How do I request a schedule change for ACES?

    There are two ways to request a schedule change: through your online account, or through a google form found on the ACES website. To request a change through your online account, sign into your ACES account at mankato.ce.eleyo.com. Once you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on your child's name under "Your Accounts".

    Sign into your account at mankato.ce.eleyo.com. Once you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on your child's name under "Your Accounts", then click on “Current and Upcoming Contracts”.

    Click the blue button labeled “Change Schedule”.


    Enter the new schedule you are requesting and the date you would like the change to go into effect.


    Once submitted, you will see your pending request on your Eleyo account.

    You will receive email confirmation once your request has been approved.

    *Please note, if your account has already been invoiced for the month, the system will not let you choose a date prior to the first of the following month. For example, if you would like your schedule change to go into effect Feb. 24th but you have already been invoiced for February care, the system will automatically select the first available date in March. After submitting your request, contact the ACES Billing Office at aces@isd77.org if you would like the change to go into effect before the date listed in the system.

  • How do I submit a vacation day for ACES?

    If your child does not need to attend on a scheduled day you can request a vacation day through our vacation form found on the ACES website

  • How do I submit my Pick Your Days calendar?

    Sign into your account at mankato.ce.eleyo.com. Once you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on your child's name under "Your Accounts".

    Click on your child’s name under “Current and Upcoming Contracts”.

    Under “Contract Management”, click the blue “Change Schedule” button.

    Select the days you need care on the calendar (shown below in green). Then click the blue button “Submit Contract Schedule Changes”.

    Once submitted, you will automatically be redirected and your submitted dates will be displayed in your account.

  • How do I withdraw my ACES contract?

    Sign into your account at mankato.ce.eleyo.com. Once you are logged in and viewing your dashboard, click on your child's name under "Your Accounts".

    Then select the contract you would like to withdraw under “Current and Upcoming Contracts”.

    Under “Contract Management, click the red button labeled “Withdraw Contract”.

    Enter your child’s last day of attendance and then click the “Request Withdraw” button. Contract withdrawals require a two week notice; the last date of attendance should be at least two weeks from the day the request is submitted.

    *Please note, if your account has already been invoiced for the month, the system will not let you choose a date prior to the first of the following month. After submitting your request, contact the ACES Billing Office at aces@isd77.org if you would like the change to go into effect before the date listed in the system.
